A Little Reminder To Join Our Brand New FS Sewing Group Community
A couple of months ago we mentioned our new sewing community group on Facebook.
Have you met our wonderful Patterns Consultant Lauren Linen who runs the group? Have you had a chance to look around? Perhaps some of your pals and fellow seamstresses are already members of our steadily growing 1200 virtual sewing circle. The strength of our community reveals itself in how readily everyone comes together to offer their help and assistance for every level of sewist. This can be especially rewarding if you spend most of your time sewing in solitude. Are you a recently self-made sewing enthusiast? Our sewing group is a great place where you can get tips on techniques or show off your very first sewing project. Are you stuck on finding a pattern for your renaissance garb? Or perhaps you are not sure about the fit and pattern adjustments for your body? We are here to offer advice.
You might find it inspiring to browse through the library of fabrics and color swatches to find the perfect shade as well as make use of the comprehensive list of matching threads. For an easier user experience, we have set up a guides section for posts, so they are easy to find when you need them.
If you are looking for a place of inspiration and comradeship, you might find it in our nurturing online sewing community. A place to share, to learn, to be supported. If you have any requests or suggestions, we are welcoming comments below on how we can improve this space.
